The Right to Information is a part of democratic and basic right of human being. Information plays a significant role towards the progressive step of democratic advancement but in Bangladesh people are kept in deprivation of getting the right to information by tracing confidential activities of governmental facts. It is merely the reverberation of colonial mentality. There is no necessity of dormanting information except in the safety of state and foreign policy. A new era is disclosed by passing this desired Right to Information Act in the national parliament. This Act is for all people living in Bangladesh. Correspondent will get extra privileges more than before. It is postulated that this credit goes to correspondent. They will get exemption from the obscurity of getting data to a great extent through the affectivity of this Act. Again it is propounded society starts to take step from controlling information to rescue information. The twenty first century is construed as the society of information. Information is the power house of protem society. Present government has formed Information Commission through showing respect to the ardent public opinion bloomed from the right of the certainty of the independence of information and right to get information. In spite of that how will this Act come into force and will Commission execute their business are vague still now. Hence there is no concrete shape and notion standing behind it. No strict law has been passed regarding the contempt to court after independence yet. Last caretaker government had passed few Ordinances annex to these but HCD rescinded mentioned law in the next. Basically the fact of showing disrespect to the court is decided on the basis of few judgments of Supreme Court. But media are to face different perilous position in presenting information as there is no precise rule about it. Though this problem is antique and burning issue there is no specific rule in the Right to Information Act, 2009. Therefore it is still pending. But it is ween that the judiciary should obey the right of observing judgment accessibly and play positive role of promoting this kultur. Despite happening ibid restriction of the revolution of the electric media along with print media is incessant. After independence electric media was being controlled by the government about 26 years. In that time there is no existence of electric media except BTV and Bangladesh Betar conducted and directed by the government. The advent of private electric media in Bangladesh held after 1997. The inception of that step was happened by few satellite TV and two private radio. Actually cumbersome ambience happens through news and the analysis of news it is either public or private. As BTV is controlled by the government, hence conventionally it is coerced to give the publicity of government. Albeit it is not desirable. Because independent electric media is expected to democratic government. Hence the word autonomous rules of Television & Radio come further. Present government has put some comments regarding it but it is still unimplemented. Rather the control of government over media is strongly going on. Terrestrial advantages are kept for the BTV by promulgating law. Since there is minor scope of independent rule in government conducted media, hence private media has to adopt this acting responsibility. It is so called public opinion that a new principle will be broadcast by the government soon & there will be existing instruction for private and nongovernmental media. Despite it has to be grasped in mind in the aspect of promoting democracy that the attempt of controlling electric media will not only be deleterious but also be self-stroking.
